Private Personal Training

These sessions are bespoke sessions and will suit people that like to train on their own as you will have my full attention and sessions are fully bespoke to your needs.

​

Semi-private Personal Training

​

1-2-2 or 1-2-3 in a class, these sessions are perfect for those who prefer to train with others, but still get that personalised program and accountability.

 

All personal training sessions include:

​

Initial assessment- this is within the first session, and will include:

​

  • PAR-Q and medical history questionnaire

  • Lifestyle, occupation, fitness goals and nutritional habits questionnaire

  • Body composition consultation- including anthropometrics (height, weight, measuring circumferences of body parts) and photographic images.

​

Individualised programme- a bespoke progressive program will be designed to suit your lifestyle and fitness/personal goals.

​

Progress reviews- This will happen every 4 weeks and includes measuring your body composition which will track your progress and aim to keep you accountable.

​

Nutritional guidance- Information and support to help you reach your goals.

​

Updates & support- these are used to check in on your progress and ensure your programme is right for you.

​

Group Personal Training Sessions

​

Up to 15 in a group, these sessions incorporate a variety of group personal training, these sessions vary from all over body high intensity training (HITT) to full weight sessions. All these sessions are delivered in a fun and supportive environment. This is a great way to make new friends and achieve your fitness goals.

To achieve best possible outcome from these sessions we advise doing at least three sessions a week.

Online Personal Training

Can be used by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience and flexibility that can work around a busy schedule.
